Kikx

Kikx is a smiling dj from Italy who has been dancing and exploring electronic music since 1994. His passion for music has brought him to many different electronic dimensions; he's attended huge rave parties in Switzerland as well as London's Acid music squat, he's danced at illegal techno parties and assisted at the boom of Drum and Bass in Italian clubs.

In 2001 he focused on Psytrance music and started djing and organizing parties in Italy together with his friend Nico, becoming member of AtlantixTribe. Music and traveling are his greatest passion. That's why he spends long periods outside Italy to explore the most exotic, peculiar and underground dancefloors around the world. In 2007 he officially became a member of Looney Moon Rec as a label dj and started djing regularly in Italy, at a time in which the Italian Psytrance scene had grown and offered numerous high quality events.

In 2008 Kikx opened his own label: Purple Hexagon Records. Thanks to the union of energies of friends met around the world this joint project was launched: an independent underground label for the promotion of Psychedelic music of all kinds.

In his dj sets Kikx aspires to build up a journey made of energy and passion. His mixing and re-mixing tracks generates new sounds and leads the audience on a sonic wave. Listeners are firstly hypnotized and then pushed to reflect on the energy produced by the union of dancers on the same dancefloor. As time as gone by, Kikx has developed his experience in the music field and his passion and interest for music now includes different styles of psytrance music. From minimal progressive to dark and fullon underground, his dj set is an underground experience adaptable to any audience, any time and any place.

In the last few years, Kikx has had the opportunity and the great pleasure to play at several different events. He has played at small underground parties as well as at important festivals in Italy, Spain, Poland, India, Nepal, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia...

Brotherys

For a couple of years two DJs have met periodically at parties, where both of them played their Dj-Sets: Merry:) and Sgary.

They quickly found out that they have a lot more in common than only their musical taste and after quite a few psychedelic adventures on dancefloors and camping grounds all over Europe they realised that they have a special connection ... like Brothers do :)

Merry:) is Marian from Dresden (East Germany) - a fullblood PsyTrance freak since 1998 who loves to transfer his smile to the dancefloor. His dj set could be described as a freaky mix something between twisted Twilight, powerful Dark PsyTrance and deep Forest Sounds - kicking twisted nighttime psytrance around 150 BpM with the recipe to find that special power what the party individually still miss. Merry:) is one of the initiators of the Gaggalacka Family, whose purpose is to organise festivals and parties with fresh innovative artists and freaky atmosphere between Berlin and South Germany.

Sgary is Gerhard from upper bavaria who is currently living in the Netherlands for his cultural anthropology studies. In his sets, he incorporates a wide range of elements such as tribal atmospheres, crispy synths and a few well placed samples, creating a unique atmosphere in any case which strongly depends on the time he plays and on the mood of his audience. He loves that special energy during sunrise and sunset on the dancefloor and tries to use it for involving the crowd into a flow of certain feelings and sensations, sometimes humorous, sometimes gloomy or filled with deep emotions. He is active as a DJ on parties since 2009.

Modicum

Modicum is a Psychedelic Trance DJ based in the island city-state of Singapore. His work combines worldwide influences with elements of electronica and, often explores psychedelic and spiritual themes.

Modicum showed promising talent from his earliest childhood. Already competent on the piano at the early age of nine, Modicum developed a keen interest to make progress beyond what he was taught. He had the opportunity to work in many genres before developing an enthusiasm for electronic music in the early 2000. It was during this period that led him to experience the spiritual nature of electronic music, psychedelic trance. Modicum met a great number of musicians and acquainted himself with the works of other producers.

Refocusing on music, Modicum decided to dedicate more time and began djing at parties in 2008. This led to numerous invitations and he moved on to perform several sets in the region. Subsequently, Modicum was inducted into the Om Project, a Singapore-based psychedelic trance community that celebrates love, trance and dance. In addition, he went on to perform consecutive sets for various events in Singapore and Indonesia.

Much of Modicum’s attention remains focus on energetically pursuing opportunities with the support of the psychedelic community. His sets consists of progressive psytrance, full on underground and dark full on, which shows the style Modicum has grown throughout the years.

NStomp

NStomp is Andriano, one of the co-founders of Singapore's psychedelic venture: Om Project.

NStomp's prodigious background has taken him into the realms of punk, psychedelic rock, techno, drum n bass and now progressive, full on and dark psychedelic trance.

Heavily armed with a sinister intensity, twisted track selections and ferocious energy, NStomp has decimated festivals and dance-floors across South East Asia, with resounding appearances in Moon Mountain (Kanchanburi, Thailand), Epic / Fierce Green Fire (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), Tropical Vision, (Gili Air , Indonesia), Tranceporter (Bali / Gili Air) and many others.

In 2006 NStomp, together with a bunch of psychedelic trance aficionados of Singapore, started Om Project, which has now become a monthly rendezvous to celebrate the joy of Trance and Dance. Om Project parties are a fresh opportunity to escape and a rare chance to connect with ourselves and other people in a celebration of community spirit and harmony.

In Nepal 2008, NStomp met Kikx and Purple Hexagon and started to collaborate together. In the last couple of years they have been breeding a new psychedelic synergy, spreading the light of an invisible energy. Turning their back on the commercial dirge and keeping a constant, caring eye on quality music, their passion has led to the organization of nice and simple parties populated by shanti spirit tribe.

Jocy

Jocy started listening to psytrance in 1997 and soon he was djing and spinning around in clubs and open air parties all over Taiwan.

In 2001, he was selected to be one of the resident Djs for Dreamfield Music, which was a major psytrance organization in Taiwan and around the world, and he played alongside such legendary artists as, GMS, Cosmosis, Mino and many more.

In 2004 he formed PsyMeals Production with friends in Taipei to organise parties in clubs and outdoors, which helps keep alive Taiwan's psychedelic trance scene's underground spirit.

Jocy constructs his DJ set with an aggressive energy flow and clear sound to weave a trippy journey, from night time full on tunes to uplifting morning grooves.

He always takes his audience to a higher state of mind.
